Come to our monthly Open House Sale Days, weekly Saturday morning sales or make an appointment to visit our on-farm store. Our store is chock full of our own products as well as from neighboring farms.

             Chickens: Our chickens are available fresh monthly at the June-October sales. They are whole birds, chilled, wrapped in plastic, and range from 3-6 pounds. Cut-up chickens and parts are also available. We try to keep frozen chicken in stock between sale days but they sell out quickly! We recommend that you reserve your chickens for the season to guarantee availability. Please contact us for a chicken reservation form.
              Eggs: Fresh brown eggs from pastured layers are available most of the year.
              Beef, Pork, Lamb: Our meats are available all year by the cut, frozen and vacuum-packed. We have specialty sausages and our smoked bacon is brined in a sea-salt honey brine, then smoked over fruit and hard woods. No nitrates! Since we raise small our animals in small groups, availability of certain cuts may vary seasonally.
              You can also order halves of pork, split halves of beef and whole lambs which will be custom-cut to your order, wrapped, labeled, frozen and ready in the fall. Please call for more details.
             Garlic, Herbs: Gourmet garlic is available starting in August and culinary herbs from July through the fall, depending on the variety.
             Honey: Our pure raw honey, our signature “Irish-style Lemon honey,” honey soaps and beeswax candles are generally available year-round.
              Apple wood from our heirloom variety trees for barbecuing.
              We also stock products from some of our neighboring farms: Dines Farms frozen chicken sausages, Nettle Meadow goat cheeses, Brovetto’s artisan cow cheeses, Cook Hill Farm maple syrup, baked products, Madame Clementine dog biscuits made with our honey and wool blankets.
              Gift baskets and gift certificates are available, great for holidays and special occasions. We ship UPS and USPS
