Our hardneck garlic has big cloves and big flavor! Each type has subtle flavor differences. This year’s varieties include Porcelain, Music, Marino, Bogatyr, German Red, and German White. The tender scapes are harvested in June and the finished garlic bulbs are available starting in August. We have assorted culinary herbs fresh in season and later available dried. |
